The Major Cycle supports funding requests over $10,000. Letters of Inquiry (LOIs) may be submitted at any time; applicants invited to advance must submit full proposals by July 31, 2026. Early LOI submissions are strongly encouraged to allow time for feedback, refinement, and collaboration.
